School Driver – Cannock

Post Title: School Driver.
Place of Work: Cannock.
Contract type:  0 Hour. 7.30am – 10am. 2pm – 4.30pm.
Reporting to: Education Manager.

Job Purpose

To assist with the transportation of the students from school to their homes.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Transport students to and from school
• Ensure that the vehicle meets the expected standards
• Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and safe
• Report poor student conduct and safeguarding concerns to the relevant Manager
• Ensure that students behave in an appropriate and safe manner whilst being transported
• Drive in accordance to the Highway Code and relevant legislation at all times
• Safeguard and promote student welfare
